Office of Outreach

For the Emerald Ball this year, we are using a spandex style chair covers and table covers.  This will require lots of hands to create, but can be done quickly with the right music and perhaps a pizza or two.  May I request at least 10 students (or as many as you can spare if more are available) to assist in putting on these spandex covers?  With two people on each chair and table, this should take about two hours.  

Students could wear whatever is most comfortable, arrive at Apogee Stadium, 3rd Level at 5PM and plan to stay no later than 8PM, Friday, Feb. 24.  Have them bring elbow grease and an appetite.

After the EB, we will need to remove the items on Monday morning, Feb. 27.  If I may request, 10+ to assist with the removal from on Feb 27 from 10AM-Noon, that would be most appreciated also.   

Please let  Jennefer McLendon know if you have students who are willing and able to work either or both Feb. 24th and 27th.
